شهد الفريق أول / محمد زكى القائد العام للقوات المسلحة تخرج دفعات جديدة من الأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والإستراتيجية ، والتى شملت الدورات ( 47 ) من كلية الحرب العليا ، و( 53 ) من كلية الدفاع الوطنى ، و( 25 ) للتأهيل العسكرى لقيادة التشكيلات ، كذلك الدورات ( 73 ) أركان حرب عام و( 45 ، 46 ) أركان حرب تخصصية من كلية القادة والأركان والتى شملت دارسين من مصر و( 23 ) دولة شقيقة وصديقة ( الجزائر والبحرين والكونغو الديمقراطية واليونان والهند والعراق والأردن وكينيا والكويت وليبيا ومالاوى والمغرب ونيجيريا وسلطنة عمان وباكستان والسعودية وجنوب أفريقيا وتركيا وأوغندا والإمارات وتنزانيا واليمن وفلسطين ) ، وذلك بحضور الفريق / أسامة عسكر رئيس أركان حرب القوات المسلحة وقادة الأفرع الرئيسية وعدد من المحافظين وكبار قادة القوات المسلحة وعدد من الشخصيات العامة والملحقين العسكريين للدول الشقيقة والصديقة .
بدأ الإحتفال بعرض فيلم تسجيلى بعنوان منارة الفكر العسكرى تناول نشأة وتطوير المنظومة التعليمية داخل الأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والإستراتيجية ودورها فى الإعداد والتأهيل لأجيال من القـادة والضباط المصريين والوافدين وكذلك المدنيين من مختلف أجهزة ومؤسسات الدولة خلال الدورات المختلفة داخل الأكاديمية .
وألقى اللواء أح / طارق هلال القائم بأعمال مدير الأكاديمية العسكرية للدراسات العليا والإستراتيجية كلمة أشار خلالها إلى دعم القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة لتطوير المنظومة التعليمية بالأكاديمية وصولاً لمقرها الجديد بالقيادة الإستراتيجية لمواكبة التطور المتلاحق فى العلوم العسكرية والإستراتيجية بما يضاهى كبرى الأكاديميات العالمية المناظرة .
وقام رئيس هيئة تدريب القوات المسلحة بإعلان نتيجة التخرج للدورات المختلفة ، وقدم عدد من الدارسين دروع الدورات الدراسية للقائد العام للقوات المسلحة ، أعقبه إعلان مدير إدارة شئون ضباط القوات المسلحة قرار منح الدرجات العلمية وتكريم أوائل الدورات الدراسية ، وقام الفريق أول / محمد زكى بتقليد أوائل الخريجين نوط التدريب من الطبقة الثانية وتوزيع شهادات التقدير على المتميزين تقديراً لتفوقهم خلال مدة الدراسة داخل الأكاديمية .
وفى نهاية المراسم ألقى الفريق أول / محمد زكى كلمة نقل خلالها تحيات وتقدير السيد الرئيس / عبدالفتاح السيسى رئيس الجمهورية القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة للخريجين ، مشيراً إلى دور الأكاديمية فى الإعداد والتأهيل رفيع المستوى للعسكريين المصريين والوافدين وكذا الدارسين من أجهزة ومؤسسات الدولة بما يمكنهم من الوفاء بمهامهم ومسئوليتهم الوطنية وتولى الوظائف القيادية المختلفة ، مقدماً التهنئة للدارسين الوافدين من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة متمنياً لهم التوفيق فى خدمة أوطانهم وقواتهم المسلحة التى تجمعنا بها علاقات مميزة من الشراكة والتعاون فى مختلف المجالات .

General/ Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, attended the graduation of new batches from the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies. The ceremony included the graduation of the following batches:
Batch no. (47) from the Higher War College, batch no. (53) from the National Defense College, batch no. (25) from the Military Qualification for Command of Formations, batch no. (73) General Staff courses and batches no. (45, 46) specialized Staff from the Command and Staff College, involving participants from Egypt and (23) from other friendly countries (Algeria, Bahrain, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Greece, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Libya, Malawi, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, Uganda, the UAE, Tanzania, Yemen, and Palestine). The event was attended by Lieutenant General/ Osama Askar, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, alongside Commanders of the main services, several governors, senior military leaders, public figures, and military attachés from brotherly and friendly countries.
The event began with a screening of a documentary titled “Beacon of Military Thought,” which highlighted the establishment and development of the educational system within the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, emphasizing its role in preparing and qualifying generations of Egyptian and international military officers and civilians from various state bodies and institutions during different courses within the academy.
Major General/ Tarek Helal, Acting Director of the Military Academy for Postgraduate and Strategic Studies, delivered a speech affirming the Armed Forces General Command’s support for developing the educational system at the academy, culminating in its new headquarters at the Strategic Command to keep pace with successive developments in military and strategic sciences, comparable to leading international academies.
The Chief of the Armed Forces Training Authority announced the graduation results for the various courses. Several participants presented plaques of the courses to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, followed by an announcement from the Director of the Armed Forces Officers Affairs Department regarding the awarding of academic degrees and honoring the top performers of the courses. General/ Mohamed Zaki then awarded the top graduates with training badge from the second class and distributed certificates of appreciation to those who excelled during their study period at the academy.
At the end of the ceremony, General/ Mohamed Zaki delivered a speech conveying greetings and appreciation from President/ Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to the graduates. He highlighted the academy’s role in providing high-level preparation and qualification for Egyptian and international military personnel, as well as participants from various state agencies and institutions, enabling them to fulfill their national duties and assume various leadership positions. He also extended congratulations to the participants from brotherly and friendly countries, wishing them success in serving their nations and Armed Forces, with which Egypt maintains special partnerships and cooperation in various fields.
